Questions & answers

Is your question not here? Write or call – we usually reply within one business day.

What does a trial lesson look like?+

A full 50‑minute online Polish lesson with a teacher. First a short conversation, then exercises during which the teacher assesses your level. At the end you get a study plan tailored to your goal.

Which platform are lessons held on?+

We use Google Meet. Materials and assignments are available online for the whole duration of the course.

Do you issue VAT invoices?+

Yes – we issue VAT invoices to both companies and private individuals.

Is Polish a difficult language to learn?+

Polish is demanding – cases and pronunciation challenge many foreigners. With a good teacher and consistent practice, B1 is achievable, and how long it takes depends on your native language and the number of hours per week – you will find approximate ranges in our guide to how long it takes to learn Polish.

Does the course help with citizenship or EU long-term residence?+

Yes. Polish citizenship and the EU long-term resident permit require proof of Polish at level B1 or higher – most often the state exam certificate. An ordinary permanent residence permit does not require a language certificate. We prepare students for the B1 and B2 exams, with mock exams.
