Student reviews – what they say about Pol-Langua lessons
Here you can read what Pol-Langua students write about the lessons and teachers – in their original wording, in English, with the author's first name or initials. They most often mention clear explanations and the teachers' patience with questions. We publish the statements without corrections or cuts – the principles are described below.
What students write
Students write above all about the teachers and about how they explain the language. Below are all the reviews, in the order in which we show them on the home page.

What the reviews most often talk about
Three themes appear in the reviews: an accessible way of teaching, the teachers' patience with questions and materials for self-study. This is our interpretation of the texts above – read the reviews yourself and judge whether they match what you are looking for.
- A simple way of teaching – students write about an easy and accessible way of explaining the language.
- Time for questions – several reviews mention teachers who patiently answer questions and explain everything.
- Materials – one of the reviews mentions materials for self-study.
How we publish reviews
We publish reviews in full, in the author's language and spelling, with the first name or initials the author gave. We do not give stars and we do not calculate an average, because a few statements do not give a reliable number. For the same reason we do not give the number of students or exam results – you can read more about these principles in the description of the school.
How to check whether the school is right for you
The surest way to check is in a lesson of your own, not in other people's reviews. The trial lesson lasts 50 minutes: the teacher identifies your level, shows how they work and proposes a study plan.
- Read how we teach – the course of a lesson, correcting mistakes, reports.
- Take the level test to know where to start.
- Browse the courses and choose a goal: exam, work, offices or conversation.
Frequently asked questions
Why are the reviews on the page published in their original wording?
Students wrote them in English, and we publish the original. A translation would change the author's words.
Why don't you show the school's average rating?
An average from a few statements would look like a hard number, and it is not one. We prefer to show the full texts and let you check us in a trial lesson.
How can I give a review after the course?
Tell your teacher or write to us – the form and WhatsApp are at the bottom of the page.
